Cleaning

First, the metal parts are thoroughly cleaned to remove grease, dirt, or other contaminants.

Etching

Anodizing

The part is immersed in an acidic electrolyte and connected to the positive terminal of a power source, making it the anode. The negative terminal is connected to the cathode. When direct current passes through the electrolyte, a hard, protective oxide layer forms on the metal surface.

The porous oxide layer can be colored by immersing the part in a dye solution. Different coloring methods can achieve a variety of colors.

CSealing
