Metals Medical
*Titanium (Grade 5 / Ti-6Al-4V ELI): Excellent strength-to-weight ratio and good corrosion resistance. Excellent for outside devices and surgical instruments.
*Stainless Steel (316L, 17-4 PH, 440C): Corrosion-resistant and able to tolerate repeated autoclave sterilization cycles. High strength surgical instruments are preferred to be made of 17-4 PH.
*Aluminum (6061-T6, 7075-T6): Lightweight and high thermal conductivity, ideal for medical equipment enclosures, frames and heat sinks.
Biocompatible & Engineering Plastics
*PEEK (Polyetheretherketone): A great metal replacement. It is resistant to high temperature steam sterilization and strong chemicals. When machining PEEK, we employ specific sharp tooling and optimized feeds to prevent heat distortion.
*Ultem/PEI (Polyetherimide): Good dielectric qualities, heat resistance. Commonly used for internal insulation blocks in medical equipment.
*PTFE (Teflon) & POM (Delrin): Low Friction, self-lubricating and very wear-resistant. Excellent for valves, seals and guides in medical fluidic systems.

Passivation (ASTM A967 / QQ-P-35)
Removes free iron from the surface of stainless steel components, dramatically increasing resistance against corrosion and germs.

Precision Electropolishing
Produces a microscopic mirror-like quality by leveling microscopic peaks which reduces bacterial adherence and maximizes cleanliness.

Anodizing (kind II & Type III)
Creates a hard, wear-resistant coating on aluminum or titanium parts to color-code surgical instruments by size or kind.

Surgical Instruments
Scalpel handles, endoscopic camera housings, orthopedic drill guides, trocar components, micro-tweezers, hemostatic clamp components.

Medical Equipment Hardware
High-precision structural parts for MRI/CT scanners, ventilator valve seats, ultrasound probe enclosures, optical instrument brackets, fluid pumps.

Laboratory & Diagnostics
Blood analyzer manifold blocks, microfluidic chip molds, sampling needles, alignment pins, chromatography equipment components.

Dental Tools & Equipment
Dental handpiece shells, orthodontic tool components, customized dental alignment fixtures.
