1. Design & Engineering
Our professional engineering team will be with you from day one. We offer a full technical consultation and a complete DFM (Design for Manufacturability) check of your drawings and design solutions. Your designs are prepared in advance, taking into account structural details, material selection and process planning, eliminating possible manufacturing risks and ensuring your designs are feasible, cost-effective and fully compliant with CNC machining standards.

2. Small Batch Prototyping & Manufacturing
once we agree on design we go into prototype and small batch production. We make samples of the exactly machined by CNC according to the approved drawings . During this phase, the performance, appearance and assembly compatibility of the product will be verified. You can try the products before the formal mass production, make timely adjustment to the details, and lay a solid foundation for stable mass production.

3. Mass production
As soon as the prototype is approved, we go into standardized series production." We employ the most current CNC equipment and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and high production efficiency for bulk orders. Strictly control each production link to continuously fulfill your large delivery requirements, and ensure all metal parts are produced according to design specifications.

4. Quality Control (Basic Procedure) Specialist
Every finished part is subjected to our complete multi-stage quality check before it is packed and shipped.

Visual & Appearance Inspection: Visually check each piece for shape, surface finish, and color consistency. We reject the surface deviation items that are deformed with scratch, burr or color.
Inspection of technical engineers. Verify against official drawings. We check that the raw materials are up to the requirements. We measure dimensions, hole locations, threads and key parameters on high-precision instruments. All tolerances are within specified limits. We take care of issues such as deviation in dimensions, uneven colour of surface, etc. by using optimized process and regular calibration of equipment.
Open Document Sharing We provide all inspection record, detailed product photos and real footage videos in timely manner to keep you informed of product quality.

5. Shipping & Delivery 
Then the qualified products are packed in standard packages. We use protective packaging for exported metal parts for protection from damage during transportation. We are working with mature global logistics channels to arrange safe and timely delivery and finish the whole one-stop service from design to final shipment.
