The anodizing process mainly includes the following steps: pretreatment, anodizing, post-treatment, and sealing. Pretreatment primarily involves cleaning and treating the aluminum or aluminum alloy surface to remove oil, impurities, etc. Anodizing involves placing the aluminum or aluminum alloy as the anode in an electrolyte and conducting an oxidation reaction by applying electricity. Post-treatment includes cleaning and drying. Sealing involves filling and sealing the formed oxide film to improve its corrosion resistance and decorative properties.
