Production starts with coiled wire. CNC coiling machines and multi-slide formers precisely bend, cut, and shape wire into complex forms, with secondary operations including end forming, threads, and hooks. Parts undergo stress relieving, deburring, and surface finishing such as zinc plating, nickel plating, black oxide, or phosphate coating when required. Each component is inspected to customer drawings, providing OEMs with a reliable one-stop wire forming solution from coil to finished part.

Spring Steel Wire Grades We Form
Wire grade plays a critical role in the strength, fatigue performance, and service life of a wire form part. We regularly work with several spring wire families:
- Music wire (SWP-A/SWP-B, EN 10270-1 SH): High tensile strength and excellent fatigue resistance, commonly used for precision clips, springs, and parts exposed to repeated loading.
- Oil-tempered chrome silicon wire: Designed for higher stress applications, offering improved fatigue performance and heat resistance for demanding mechanical components.
- Stainless spring wire (302/304, 17-7PH): Provides corrosion resistance for applications where protective coatings are unsuitable, including food processing, marine, and outdoor equipment.
- Hard-drawn carbon steel wire: A cost-effective choice for formed parts requiring good strength and shape retention rather than high spring performance.
During wire forming, our processes are controlled to maintain the material's mechanical properties while achieving the required geometry. For high-cycle applications, additional treatments such as stress relieving, shot peening, and presetting can be applied to improve fatigue performance and dimensional stability.
