Submit your original CAD and our team of engineers will do a free design for manufacturability (DFM) review. We will note possible problems: say we can indicate that a part has a thin wall that will creep during machining, we will recommend that it be made a little fatter; or a hole is too deep to take usual tools, we will recommend an alternative method. Such optimizations usually save money by 10-20 percent and avoid future problems later.

We machine your parts to your specifications on our fleet of CNC mills, lathes, 5-axis machines, whatever you need, a simple aluminum bracket or a complicated titanium part. All the parts will have barcodes and hence you can check the progress in real time through our client portal.

Our finished products include the entire process of finishes: anodizing (clear, black or any other color to aluminum), powder coating (to make the finish resistant), plating (zinc, nickel or chrome to be corrosion resistant), and heat treatment (to make the metals such as steel harden). This division would help us save time on delivery of the parts to third party hard disk companies and ensure to achieve flaw-less finish on the machined surface.
